Shipping costs vary between different locations – see below for more details

You can order multiple products for a flat delivery cost.

You will receive an estimated delivery window in your order confirmation email.

Shipping charges?

For EU countries: 

            – Orders over €160: FREE

            – Orders under €160:  €10

            – Includes import duties, customs fees, and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs to you.

For the UK: 

            – Orders over €160: FREE

            – Orders under £160:  €10

            – Includes import duties, customs fees, and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs to you.

For the USA: 

            – Orders over $160: FREE

            – Orders under $160:  $15

            – Includes import duties, customs fees, and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs to you.

For the New Zealand (NZ Dollar) & Australia (AU Dollar): 

            – Orders over $320: FREE

            – Orders under $320:  $20

            – Includes import duties, customs fees, and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs to you.

Which shipping company?

Eynaco.com ships worldwide using FedEx or DHL.

Shipment date?

Orders placed between Monday to Friday before 1.00 pm (UTC+3) will be ready shipped out the next day from Istanbul, Turkey. Orders placed between Friday noontime and Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. Eynaco shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Eynaco

When can I receive my order?

FedEx/DHL will pick up your order in 1-2 business days after it is placed. It usually takes 3-4 business days to Europe, UK, and the USA. For any other location please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be delivered. Weekends and official holidays are NOT included in these indicated periods. 

How can I follow up on my order?

A shipping confirmation with a tracking number is emailed to you the same day your purchase has been picked by FedEx/DHL. You can easily track your shipment with the provided tracking number.

What should I do if my order is delivered while I am out?

If you are not at the given address, then your order shall be delivered to the nearest kept on hold at your local FedEx/DHL office, and an information note will be left for you. You can arrange your pick-up with your local FedEx/DHL office.

FREE Returns & Exchanges

If you do wish to return or exchange your item, you can do within 14 days of receiving your order. The item will need to be returned in its original (unworn/unused) condition with tags attached.

Simply contact us and we will email you the necessary documents for you to print for the free return/exchange. Then you can drop off the item and the documents at the nearest DHL or FedEx office. 

Please ensure to enclose your original invoice as proof of purchase, any item(s) returned without proof of purchase will be refused.

Any packages sent using a non-tracked service are sent at your own risk and will not be covered by us.

Please note that we cannot accept any exchanges or returns for special production(specially made to your size)  items. 

Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged shipments by DHL or FedEx. It is best to document your package before you sent it back to us.
